The Boss Media Support Team is on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and provides global customers with technical and game-related assistance via telephone and e-mail in English, Swedish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish, Greek and Russian.

Our Customer Support division handles thousands of support cases a week, and instantly resolves about 95 per cent of these cases. More complex financial and technical issues are referred to WebDollar or the technical maintenance division, for resolution. Quality service and security are fundamental and the high standard of our service level is based on over a decade of experience and our highly educated personnel.
