President and CEO
As President and CEO of Boss Media, Johan Berg manages the company's business operations in accordance with the instructions issued by the Board of Directors. The President is responsible for ensuring that the Board receives the necessary information and other decision-making material for its meetings and also participates in the meetings as a presenter of information. The President keeps the Board and Chairman continuously updated with information about the company and about the Group's financial position and development.

Executive Management
Boss Media's Executive Management Team, chaired by the Chief Executive, is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Group´s policies, strategies and for creating the conditions for their successful day-to-day operation.
