Boss Media is founded by local entrepreneur Joel Wikell in Växjö, Sweden.

Boss Media’s first casino software is developed and branded the Gold Club Casino.

Boss Media provides the first license to an external gaming operator.

Boss Media is listed on Stockholm Stock Exchange (nowadays OMX Nordic Stock Exchange).

Boss Media provides the first licenses to established gaming operators.

Boss Media becomes a member of World Lottery Association (WLA).

Boss Media is no longer the owner of any B2C brands. Gold Club Casino is sold.

Boss Media’s own poker network, the International Poker Network (IPN), is well established.

Boss Media opens new offices in Stockholm and London.

Boss Media launches Gaming Management System (GMS) and Bingo.
Boss Media gets acquired by GEMed (GTECH + Medströms).
Boss Media acquires Dynamite Idea of England.

Cryptologic poker network merged to Boss Media's IPN.
