Boss Media was listed on the OMX Nordic Stock Exchange (previously Stockholm Stock Exchange) in 1999 prior to GEMed’s acquisition of the company in March 2008.

GEMed is a company jointly owned by GTECH (87,5 percent) and Medströms (12,5 percent). The company acquired approximately 94 percent of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in Boss Media.

Boss Media was delisted from OMX Nordic Stock Exchange on 18th of April 2008. Although Boss Media no longer is listed on the Stock Exchange all information regarding previous investor relations can be found under Financial Information in the menu above.
